The successful candidate will support loan quality verification processes and play a vital role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across all loan applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Position Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to the Quality Control Team Leaders and indirectly to the Head of Quality Control, the Quality Control Officer Intern will independently review loan applications both pre- and post-approval. The role involves resolving quality control queries, ensuring document authenticity, and maintaining compliance with internal loan processing standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Verify the completeness and quality of all submitted loan applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all required supporting documents are submitted and meet policy standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Confirm the authenticity of key documents such as payslips, Omang, employment letters, and settlement quotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Validate and confirm client bank details and credit history per policy via Novalend and credit vetting systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Confirm net pay using tools such as CLAS and SPDQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Communicate feedback to branches via Live Tracker and designated representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Address customer queries and escalate unresolved issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor and report any compliance risks or inconsistencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist in maintaining accurate records and audit trails of loan reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Carry out additional duties as needed to support departmental goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-0\u20131 year of experience in the banking or financial services sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certifications and Training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Customer service orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Privacy Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bayport Financial Services will use all collected application information strictly for recruitment purposes.
