This role is integral to supporting a safe and efficient work environment aligned with the company\u2019s values of Safety, Integrity, and Excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist the Project Manager in all administrative functions and processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage employee rosters and work calendars<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements for employees, contractors, and visitors (on- and off-site)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Handle travel movements and bookings, including flights for both expatriates and nationals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform office management and general administrative tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage data entry and records<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with the preparation of reports such as month-end reports and petty cash<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process employees\u2019 expense claims<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate site access and induction bookings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Book pre-entry medicals for new expatriate employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as the central contact for all employee-related off-site matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Organize transportation of mining materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements and Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum of 1 year\u2019s experience in a similar administrative role<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Computer literacy and customer service skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong communication and interpretation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Valid Manual Driver\u2019s License (Class B)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION PROCESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/zentrofly.com\/bwjobs\/apply-for-khoemacau-copper-mining-march-2025-vacancies\/\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position: Site AdministratorLocation: Zone 5, Khoemacau Copper Mining (KCM), near Maun, Northwest BotswanaClosing Date: 02 April 2025 Overview Barminco, a global leader in hard-rock underground mining services and part of the Perenti Group, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Administrator to join its team at Khoemacau Copper Mining (KCM) in Botswana.
