We are a values-driven company committed to the well-being of our employees. We are currently looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our Protection Services division. The successful candidate will report to the Protection Services Superintendent or a designated nominee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform administrative duties related to Protection Services, including data capturing, filing, and customer service, while ensuring compliance with security contractor legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage and maintain security-related software and systems for efficient operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with labor planning, leave coordination, and absenteeism management to ensure optimal labor availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain and organize documentation to support departmental functions, ensuring easy retrieval and access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate information distribution, document control, and changes as requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schedule and organize meetings and reviews, and track progress and actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle access management records, including vehicle access and other categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist colleagues and team members with various administrative tasks as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate data capture on Protection Services systems, including criminal background and qualification checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit timely reports and ensure compliance with all Protection Services systems and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Standard 10) Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate in Clerical or Business Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered with PSIRA (Grade C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Code 08 (B) Driver\u2019s License.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advantageous<\/strong>: Certificate in Online Intelligence Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in the mining environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The selection process will follow the Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine Recruitment Operating Procedure, with a strong focus on the candidate\u2019s alignment with the company\u2019s core values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The successful candidate will be appointed according to the mine\u2019s Conditions of Employment, which include a
