We are currently looking for a skilled Instrumentation Mechanician to join our Plant Engineering Division, reporting to the Instrumentation Technician or a designated nominee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure the optimum availability and reliability of equipment to support the continuous improvement of plant operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accurately report any deviations in process equipment to the supervisor to meet or exceed equipment availability and reliability targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Calibrate, repair, and maintain control instrumentation and related equipment to ensure they operate within established standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment performance issues and reduce operational costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist in the commissioning of modifications and projects, ensuring all changes are documented properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute asset care activities as required by procedures, providing timely feedback and documentation to the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Standard 10) Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N3 Instrumentation Engineering qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trade Test Certificate as an Instrumentation Mechanician.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid Code 08 (B) Driver\u2019s License.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the relevant trade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an Automated Processing Plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The selection process will be conducted in line with the Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine Recruitment Operating Procedure, with an emphasis on the candidate\u2019s alignment with the company\u2019s values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The successful candidate will be appointed according to the
