Verifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct visual inspections of production areas and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete pre-production checks (environmental, scale, and equipment pre-checks) as per BMR, SOP, and product specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the performance of scales and other measuring equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material Handling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dispense, transfer, weigh, and collect raw materials for production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure raw materials are staged correctly for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Production Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up production rooms and IBCs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare production solutions according to SOPs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Routine Support Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean and maintain work areas and equipment before and after material processing in line with SOPs and cleaning checklists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine equipment checks and assist with equipment transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect production area and equipment samples for testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent contamination by sanitizing drains and pipes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in sorting defective products and minimizing waste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide information to assist with campaign planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report operational issues or problems that do not meet specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Record Keeping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete batch record labels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform half-hourly production area inspections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend shift meetings and contribute to reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete and consolidate standard documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep records and systems updated as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
