and resolve customer complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Merchandising Standards:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure bulk stock is displayed safely and in accordance with store layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain proper merchandising and planograms in your area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Housekeeping:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep your area free of obstacles, ensuring merchandise is stocked promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain clear aisles for customer safety and convenience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure shelf prices are correctly labeled and complete housekeeping checklists when on duty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safety (OHSA) Compliance:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adhere to safety regulations by using safety gear and ensuring customer and staff safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any safety issues or discrepancies to the Store Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stock Loss Management:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report damaged stock to the Store Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Results-Driven:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet targets, maintain high standards, and ensure accuracy in your work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow through on commitments and deliver best-practice quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problem-Solving:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify and resolve problems using available information in your math skills for accurate calculations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well under
