This programme is designed to provide practical experience, training, and career readiness for individuals passionate about <strong>client service and banking operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Bank Better Champion Learner, you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome clients and manage branch flow through <strong>queue coordination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist clients with <strong>ATMs and self-service banking channels<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver professional client service and support <strong>basic transactions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain valuable hands-on exposure to prepare for a career as a <strong>Service Consultant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Note:<\/strong> This is a client-facing role requiring you to be on your feet throughout the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric \/ Grade 12.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills (both written &amp;
