Overview:<\/strong>
HSNV Group Ltd, a 100% Citizen-owned Development Management Company, is recruiting site construction staff for its Nata\u2013Gweta Road Reconstruction Project. The company is seeking two experienced Building Quality Inspectors \/ Clerks of Works to oversee the construction of a permanent office and 15 staff houses with associated external civil works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Position Purpose:<\/strong>
The successful candidates will be responsible for inspection and supervision of all construction works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards as per local and international best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Measure and check the quality of building materials used<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify defects and recommend corrective actions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor progress and report to the construction manager, architect, and client<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep accurate records of all work between the site and office<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Liaise with contractors, engineers, and surveyors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Take photographs and measurements of construction works<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure health, safety, legal, and ecological regulations are met<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-NCC\/HND in Buildings, Civil Construction, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in small to large-scale projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and inspection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Building Inspection certification (advantageous)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong organizational and leadership abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with safety, environmental, and quality standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
