Overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CCMA Gauteng Province (Johannesburg Office) is seeking a professional Receptionist to deliver a world-class front-of-house service. The role welcomes and directs visitors, manages a busy switchboard, and supports general office administration to ensure that clients and internal teams are assisted promptly and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide reception and switchboard management: greet visitors, manage sign-in, answer and route internal\/external calls, and take accurate messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Direct clients to the correct departments and assist with routine enquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a professional reception area and uphold client service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform general office administration, including handling incoming\/outgoing documents and supporting meeting room logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Escalate client compliments and complaints appropriately and timeously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to organisational protocols, confidentiality, and information-management procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Grade 12 (Matric).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-2\u20133 years\u2019 experience as a receptionist and\/or switchboard operator in a professional\/corporate environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong verbal and written communication; poised, customer-service orientated manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficient with telephone systems and basic office administration tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
