Overview:<\/strong>
FNB Botswana is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Consultant<\/strong> to join their team in Gaborone. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent service and building relationships with clients. No prior experience is required<\/strong>, and full training will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver professional and courteous service to customers across various platforms (in-person, phone, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process customer requests efficiently, including account updates, queries, and product applications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Resolve customer issues within set turnaround times while maintaining high service standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FNB\u2019s banking products, pricing, and processing timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support revenue generation and cost-efficiency initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and comply with bank procedures and audit requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage all customer-related information and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep abreast of trends and developments in the banking industry, particularly in the mortgage lending space<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)<\/strong> or equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willingness to learn and grow within the banking industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Good time management and organisational skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Computer literacy (MS Office and general systems use)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
