engage with inmates and officials<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Record, track and report inmate complaints &amp; serious incidents (deaths, segregation, use of force)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compile accurate condition\/treatment reports for JICS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support inspections\/investigations;
