As part of its growth strategy, Nors Botswana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Manager<\/strong> to lead its after-sales division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and execute after-sales strategies aligned with international objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee after-sales operations to meet approved business targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure effective service delivery that meets customer expectations and promotes loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Plan and supervise preventive maintenance contracts and workshop service billing procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage multi-site workshop and parts activities for a range of Volvo products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Drive operational support across all after-sales functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify business needs and implement improvement projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and develop the after-sales team in line with company HR policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar managerial role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Formal qualification in the automotive industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong technical and workshop management knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven ability to drive results and manage diverse teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prior experience as a Service Manager in a Volvo Truck dealership will be an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
