DOT Service (Pty) Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced De-Fleeter \/ Driver<\/strong> to join their client\u2019s fleet operations team in Pinetown. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on driving experience and a strong eye for vehicle inspection, maintenance, and logistics coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Collect, deliver, and relocate vehicles between depots, clients, and auction sites.<\/strong>
\u2013 Conduct thorough vehicle inspections<\/strong> for damages, mileage, and fuel levels before and after each trip.
\u2013 Ensure all vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and ready for handover.<\/strong>
\u2013 Complete and file all required vehicle documentation<\/strong> accurately.
\u2013 Adhere strictly to company policies<\/strong>, traffic regulations<\/strong>, and road safety standards.<\/strong>
\u2013 Assist with fleet operations<\/strong> such as refuelling, tyre checks, and reporting mechanical or maintenance issues.
\u2013 Support team members with transport-related logistics<\/strong> and operational tasks as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Valid South African Driver\u2019s Licence<\/strong> (Code 8 or higher).
\u2013 Minimum of 2 years\u2019 driving experience.<\/strong>
\u2013 Previous experience in fleet management<\/strong> or de-fleeting operations<\/strong> (advantageous).
\u2013 Able to start immediately.<\/strong>
\u2013 Strong understanding of road safety rules<\/strong> and vehicle handling.
\u2013 Attention to detail when inspecting vehicles.
\u2013 Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.<\/strong>
\u2013 Clear criminal record<\/strong> and sober habits.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
