Successful candidates will uphold professional standards and <strong>Batho Pele<\/strong> principles while keeping information accurate and accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distribution of Posts (27)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Provincial Office \u2013 Administration Clerk: Office of the Director (20 posts)<\/strong> across the following units: Infrastructure Programme Delivery; Accounting Services; Communication; Community Health-Based Services; Engineering &amp; Technical Services; Forensic Health Care Services; Health Technology Services; Human Resource Practices &amp; Administration; Information Communication Technology; Infrastructure Planning; Institutional Performance Management; Legal Services; Management Accounting; Primary Health Care; Research &amp; Epidemiology; Special Projects; Strategic Planning &amp; Policy; TB Control Programme; <strong>plus<\/strong> Corporate Services (Ehlanzeni District Office) and Hospital Services (Nkangala District Office).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilities (7 posts):<\/strong> Beatty Clinic (1), <strong>Mangweni CHC (1), Naas CHC (1)<\/strong> \u2013 Ref <strong>1249<\/strong>; <strong>Administration Clerk: Patient Administration<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>KwaMhlanga Hospital (1)<\/strong> and <strong>Shongwe Hospital (1)<\/strong> \u2013 Ref <strong>1251<\/strong>; plus two additional facility-based Administration Clerk posts within the Provincial\/District allocation (as advertised under Ref <strong>1243<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Type letters, memos and reports; copy\/scan documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain filing systems and registers; safeguard records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Register and track <strong>incoming\/outgoing<\/strong> correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collect, capture and compile routine <strong>statistics\/returns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Arrange <strong>accommodation, travel and transport<\/strong> logistics where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate <strong>meeting &amp; training<\/strong> logistics (venues, notices, attendance, minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide courteous front-office service aligned to <strong>Batho Pele<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform any other reasonable clerical duties as directed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements &amp; Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Grade 12 certificate<\/strong> (or equivalent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Basic computer literacy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Good <strong>interpersonal<\/strong> and <strong>communication<\/strong> skills (verbal &amp; written).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Understanding of <strong>customer care<\/strong> and <strong>Batho Pele<\/strong> Principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to <strong>work under pressure<\/strong>, manage time and keep accurate records;
