This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and developing mineral resource opportunities aligned with PRB\u2019s growth strategy. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, project leadership, and a strong track record of successful resource development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategic Planning<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement short- and long-term exploration strategies that align with PRB\u2019s corporate objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Oversight<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead greenfield and brownfield exploration programs, including budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Leadership<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise and mentor geologists, technicians, and contractors, promoting safety, high performance, and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Evaluation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee geological mapping, drilling, sampling, and geophysical\/geochemical surveys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze data and collaborate with universities and external partners for advanced research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resource Estimation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support or manage resource modeling and estimation in line with global reporting standards (e.g., NI 43-101).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liaise with government authorities, community leaders, and landowners to ensure compliant and responsible exploration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp;
