Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

-Assist customers with ticket sales, bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide accurate guidance on flight schedules, baggage rules, and airline policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage delays, disruptions, and complaints with empathy; escalate complex cases as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

-Grade 12 \/ Matric (or equivalent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent spoken and written communication; strong telephone etiquette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willing and able to work shifts (early\/late), weekends, and public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Calm under pressure with sound problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Clear criminal and credit record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Skills and Competencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

-1+ year in airline\/travel\/ticketing\/check-in\/customer service (advantage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with reservations\/passenger handling systems (advantage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
