Successful candidates will ensure clean, safe and hygienic offices, facilities and accommodation areas, and will support general housekeeping in line with <strong>OHS<\/strong> requirements and service standards. <strong>Minimum ABET<\/strong> is required and <strong>no prior experience<\/strong> is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform routine <strong>cleaning and housekeeping<\/strong> of offices, kitchens, ablutions, passages, conference rooms and shared facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Dust, sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, wash<\/strong> windows\/walls, polish furniture and floors; remove refuse daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain and <strong>safeguard cleaning materials and equipment<\/strong>; keep <strong>usage registers<\/strong> where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Operate <strong>cleaning machines<\/strong> (e.g., vacuum, polishers) and use <strong>basic hand tools<\/strong> safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Report defects<\/strong> and hazards; apply <strong>Occupational Health &amp; Safety<\/strong> measures at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support ad-hoc cleaning\/housekeeping tasks as instructed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements &amp; Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Minimum qualification:<\/strong> <strong>ABET<\/strong> (Adult Basic Education &amp; Training).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>Not required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Skills\/Attributes:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic <strong>English verbal communication<\/strong>; basic <strong>numeracy &amp; literacy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>health &amp; safety<\/strong> and safe chemical\/equipment handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to operate <strong>cleaning machinery<\/strong>;
