Collections<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collect and deliver goods, packages, materials, or documents as requested by the <strong>Concierge Desk or Call Centre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all <strong>delivery documentation<\/strong> (waybills, receipts, invoices, or cash payments) is accurate and handed in promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain clear communication with clients and Concierge Agents regarding delivery progress or any delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Load and unload all goods safely at both collection and delivery points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete all assigned delivery and collection tasks <strong>within specified time frames<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transport Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Transport passengers for contracted clients when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure customer safety, comfort, and satisfaction during travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Interact courteously with customers and obtain signatures or receipts upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vehicle Maintenance &amp; Compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct <strong>daily vehicle inspections<\/strong>, ensuring that the company car\/scooter is in perfect working condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform basic maintenance when necessary (e.g., changing a tyre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep the vehicle <strong>clean, tidy, and presentable<\/strong> at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Record mileage, petrol usage, and report service schedules or repairs to the <strong>Concierge Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Always adhere to <strong>road safety regulations<\/strong> and company driving standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with ad hoc duties when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the PLP Group brand with <strong>professionalism, punctuality, and integrity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Matric (Grade 12)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Valid South African Driver\u2019s License<\/strong> (minimum 2 years of driving experience).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clean driving record and <strong>drug\/alcohol-free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Working <strong>cell phone<\/strong> and <strong>good eyesight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes or packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong knowledge of <strong>local routes<\/strong> and ability to use <strong>GPS systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Excellent <strong>communication and interpersonal skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Skills &amp;
