Compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strictly adhere to <strong>airport safety, security, and company policies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure <strong>100% compliance<\/strong> with ACSA regulations and all operational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Report all incidents, accidents, or irregularities immediately and submit full reports as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow all <strong>SHE Act<\/strong> requirements, including proper use of <strong>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Communicate all movements and completed services promptly to the controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication &amp; Coordination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Use <strong>two-way radios<\/strong> effectively for coordination with control rooms, ramp agents, and ground staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all <strong>departure and service documentation<\/strong> is signed off by the required personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collect and return completed sign-off documents for all ad-hoc requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Participate in ongoing communication to ensure smooth ground operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quality &amp;
