Financial &amp; Administrative Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage the <strong>full accounting and administrative functions<\/strong> of corporate stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prepare, analyse, and monitor <strong>budgets<\/strong>, including <strong>sales, expenses, and profit margins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee the <strong>reconciliation and reporting<\/strong> of financial transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure accuracy and compliance in store financial documentation and records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Auditing &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct <strong>regular audits<\/strong> of store processes and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with <strong>SPAR\u2019s internal controls<\/strong> and <strong>legislative requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee <strong>stock takes<\/strong> and enforce adherence to inventory procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Verify alignment with <strong>SPAR operational specifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Human Resources &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Supervise and support the <strong>HR function<\/strong> across corporate stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as a <strong>liaison<\/strong> between Retail Operations and the Distribution Centre (DC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Facilitate clear communication channels among store managers, admin teams, and head office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
