Risk Management &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify, assess, and mitigate <strong>safety, environmental, and operational hazards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain and update <strong>risk registers<\/strong> and implement effective control measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee adherence to the <strong>Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act)<\/strong> and related regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct regular <strong>audits, inspections, and risk assessments<\/strong> across all business units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Control<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lead <strong>incident investigations<\/strong>, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote a <strong>zero-harm safety culture<\/strong> through education, communication, and enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with <strong>environmental standards<\/strong>, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage <strong>permits, compliance documentation, and emergency preparedness<\/strong> protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Food Safety &amp; Quality Systems<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Implement, monitor, and maintain <strong>food safety systems (HACCP and related standards)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct regular <strong>site inspections and audits<\/strong> to ensure compliance with <strong>ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support business units in achieving and maintaining <strong>food and occupational safety certifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Training &amp; Awareness<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop and deliver <strong>SHEQ training and awareness programmes<\/strong> to build safety competence among staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Reinforce compliance through structured workshops, toolbox talks, and refresher training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
