Fleet &amp; Workshop Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lead and supervise the <strong>maintenance team<\/strong> to ensure effective vehicle servicing and repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee the <strong>implementation of preventative maintenance programs<\/strong> for the transport fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage <strong>mechanical contractors<\/strong>, allocating and monitoring tasks for timely completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate <strong>scheduled and unscheduled repairs<\/strong>, ensuring minimal downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct <strong>on-road support for breakdowns<\/strong> and assist with recovery when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Review and analyse <strong>Driver Report Sheets<\/strong> to identify and address recurring issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Facilities &amp; Stock Control<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage <strong>workshop administration, inventory control<\/strong>, and ordering of parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee the <strong>maintenance of facility infrastructure<\/strong>, ensuring operational readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor <strong>fuel levels and usage<\/strong>, implementing controls to reduce wastage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure <strong>workshop tools and equipment<\/strong> are properly maintained and accounted for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Safety &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote and enforce adherence to <strong>SPAR\u2019s safety policies<\/strong> and relevant regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lead <strong>safety meetings<\/strong> and conduct investigations of incidents or near misses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in line with OHS standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure <strong>accurate maintenance records<\/strong> are kept for all vehicles and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
