Special Investigations \u2013 GADI<br><strong>Location:<\/strong> Eastern Cape (Middleburg)<br><strong>Salary:<\/strong> R163 980 per annum (Level 03)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements (Applicable to All Posts)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic Education and Training (NQF Level 3) or higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PSIRA Grade C<\/strong> registered (mandatory)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access control procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movement control for equipment, stores, documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MISS, MPSS, Criminal Procedure Act, Protection of Information Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work <strong>12-hour shifts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work <strong>afterhours, weekends &amp; public holidays<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access Control<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Screen and verify visitors and appointments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue access cards\/register visitors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escort visitors to employees\/venues when required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate X-ray machines where applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lock\/unlock entrances and monitor suspicious behaviour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Building &amp; Premises Safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct regular patrols and check for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water leaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unlocked\/locked doors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire hazards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposed electrical risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicious packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply emergency procedures (e.g., fire, bomb threats, riots)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Asset &amp;
