The successful candidates will support in-store merchandising, uphold retail standards, ensure product availability, and assist with efficient customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These roles are ideal for entry-level candidates who are passionate about retail, organised, and customer-focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0\u20136 months retail experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advantageous:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 year retail experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FMCG or pharmaceutical retail background<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of merchandising standards or planograms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restock merchandise to ensure maximum sales and product availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure delivered or storeroom stock is packed into the correct areas immediately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and monitor expiry dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain neat, clean, fully merchandised shelves at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep storeroom organised and tidy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report low stock, damages, expiries, and out-of-stock items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with cycle counts, stocktaking, and back-shopping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure correct pricing and accurate labels on shelves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain promotional and merchandising displays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with loading\/off-loading goods when required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide friendly and helpful customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on customer queries and out-of-stock requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold uniform, name badge, appearance, and hygiene standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with training new team members when needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain excellent housekeeping in line with store standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Competencies &amp;
