This role is essential to maintaining safety, controlling movement of animals and vehicles, supporting dam operations, and protecting government infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 8 \/ ABET Level 2 or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic literacy &amp; numeracy skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of security services (advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to write simple reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior general work or farming experience (advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Core Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>General Workers will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operational &amp; Manual Tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performing routine manual farming and ground maintenance activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearing bushes, vegetation, and obstructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repairing and maintaining perimeter fences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digging, cleaning, and supporting dam-site upkeep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling gardening tools and general maintenance equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Redline &amp; Security Control<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Controlling the movement of cloven-hooved animals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stopping, registering, and searching vehicles in redline areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checking, confiscating, or recording prohibited products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opening and closing gates where needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlling quarantined animals and checking validity of permits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracing and identifying animal tracks along the redline fence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Administration &amp;
