10<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to perform routine repairs and maintenance independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Key control experience<\/strong> (issuing, tracking &amp; safeguarding \u2014 including windows, heating, AC, and gates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage <strong>campus key safekeeping and allocation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repair broken fixtures (windows, doors, ceilings,
