These positions support registration, access control, and essential operational functions during peak university activity periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Seasonal Workers provide support to students and staff by assisting with access card production, queue management, information verification, and general operational tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, computer-literate, and able to work in a fast-paced academic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Produce student and staff access\/identification cards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Load cards and consumables onto printers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Assist students with registration information<\/strong> and manage queues for access cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Manage and control student queuing systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Issue safety tips pamphlets<\/strong> to students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Take care of hardware and consumables used for card production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Categorise information for staff and students on the Babylon system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Check and verify the authenticity of university documents<\/strong> presented by students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
