This role is crucial in supporting health services across various facilities by delivering basic patient care and ensuring smooth referral processes. It is a 12-month contract aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery at the community level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Position Purpose:<\/strong><br>The main responsibility is to provide basic nursing support services to patients and refer them to relevant service points as needed. The assistant will also help maintain a clean and safe environment within the health facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Escort and assist patients within and between departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Support patients with basic needs such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Record and monitor patients\u2019 conditions before and after interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Provide counselling on patient conditions and help them manage their health situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Maintain cleanliness of patient areas, including bedpans and linen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Assist with inventory and budgeting through reporting unit needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Participate in promotional health activities, research, and benchmarking initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deciding &amp;
