Closing Date:<\/strong> Open Until Filled Tiger Brands is seeking a dedicated Filler Packer to support processing and packaging operations within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment in Isando. This role involves performing manual and basic operational tasks, operating primary and secondary packaging machinery, and ensuring that production standards, quality expectations and safety regulations are consistently met. The position also serves as a phase-out or waiting area while Autonomous Operators receive training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Carry out manual and basic operational tasks in line with MECP standards and SOPs. \u2013 Matric \/ Grade 12 (advantageous for FMCG production roles).

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Operate processing and packaging equipment within defined organisational parameters.
\u2013 Maintain equipment hygiene and cleanliness; complete operational documents and records.
\u2013 Respond appropriately to quality control and quality assurance results.
\u2013 Report non-conformances and adhere to key production KPIs.
\u2013 Follow staggered break schedules to support continuous production.
\u2013 Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain high housekeeping standards.
\u2013 Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and safe machine operation.
\u2013 Report unsafe conditions and ensure safety features of equipment are functional.
\u2013 Participate in improvement initiatives including Invocoms, SGA processes, MECP and 20 Keys.
\u2013 Follow company policies, procedures, and the manufacturing protocol at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Experience in FMCG production, packaging or general factory operations is beneficial.
\u2013 Ability to follow SOPs, GMP standards and safety protocols.
\u2013 Ability to perform manual labour and operate basic machinery.
\u2013 Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a team-based environment.
