Closing Date:<\/strong> 28 November 2025 Tiger Brands is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to support logistics operations at the Bellville Regional Distribution Centre. The role is responsible for internal and external customer service delivery, administrative logistics functions, financial reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring adherence to company standards, SOPs and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, communicate effectively and maintain high levels of accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Manage administrative logistics functions across multiple categories at the Distribution Centre. \u2013 Matric \/ Grade 12 with a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
\u2013 Prepare, capture and reconcile stock counts.
\u2013 Run, review and analyse Oracle reports (order management, sales order status, routing).
\u2013 Prepare financial month-end reports including value reports, in-transit and accuracy analysis.
\u2013 Monitor and maintain pallet control, POD control, and expense tracking.
\u2013 Manage purchase orders, internal requisitions and internal orders.
\u2013 Ensure accurate document control aligned with SHE and FSSC requirements.
\u2013 Track order input, delivery days and follow up on out-of-stocks and customer fills.
\u2013 Maintain accurate record-keeping of monthly expenses (stock, transport, outsourced services, pallets).
\u2013 Monitor daily stock cover and escalate discrepancies as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Minimum 3 years operational experience within FMCG logistics or supply chain.
\u2013 Intermediate Excel skills (at minimum).
\u2013 Knowledge of Oracle, MicroStrategy and logistics processes.
\u2013 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\u2013 Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and maintain accuracy.
\u2013 Understanding of SOPs, SHE, FSSC and documentation control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
