FNB is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior managers and their teams. The role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while maintaining high service and governance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Efficiently manage and schedule manager activities to support productivity and service delivery.
\u2013 Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and daily workflows.
\u2013 Produce high-quality work by adhering to compliance, governance and procedural standards.
\u2013 Monitor own performance, seek feedback and participate in development activities.
\u2013 Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\u2013 Contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
\u2013 Ensure adherence to statutory, legislative and organisational policies.
\u2013 Assist in cost containment by responsibly managing work-related resources.
\u2013 Deliver on performance objectives as outlined in service-level expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 A recognised Diploma (any field).
\u2013 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience as a Personal Assistant supporting an Executive or Senior Manager (Exco level preferred).
\u2013 Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\u2013 Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
\u2013 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
\u2013 Strong report-writing ability.
\u2013 Clear credit record in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
