\u2013 Manage departmental expenses within approved budget limits.
\u2013 Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, senior staff, SMEs and project managers.
\u2013 Resolve customer queries within agreed turnaround times.
\u2013 Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and innovative solutions.
\u2013 Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and support the development of appropriate compliance interventions.
\u2013 Maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes support departmental needs.

Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Matric \/ Grade 12 (Finance-related NQF Level 5 qualification advantageous).
\u2013 Strong administrative experience within a corporate or financial environment is beneficial.
\u2013 Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.
\u2013 Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
\u2013 Customer-service orientation with an ability to deliver solutions.
\u2013 Adaptability, curiosity and a collaborative work style.
