\u2013 Provide administrative support to the relevant SAPS office.
\u2013 Maintain filing systems, registers, leave records and document flows.
\u2013 Manage logistical duties including office supplies, correspondence and equipment.
\u2013 Operate office tools including fax machines, photocopiers, telephones and computers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Receive, screen and manage incoming calls and correspondence.
\u2013 Draft letters, reports, meeting agendas and type minutes.
\u2013 Safely handle and store confidential documents.
\u2013 Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of internal documents and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
