Overview:<\/strong>
The Assistant\/Admin Manager will support the Branch Manager in supervising day-to-day operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required by management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor stock records, supplier invoices, and branch expenses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support HR functions such as employee attendance, leave tracking, and onboarding<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Coordinate internal communications and relay important information to staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Help resolve customer queries and support front-line operations as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive branch and personnel information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-LGCSE or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in administration or retail support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong organizational and people-management abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-High attention to detail and reliability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
