Customer Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist customers in locating products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide friendly and professional service at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cashier Duties<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process cash, card, Lay-By transactions and customer refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Balance the till and report discrepancies to the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow all till operating procedures accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Merchandising &amp; Housekeeping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure stock is correctly priced, labelled, and displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain product availability on the sales floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Uphold store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay updated on promotions and product changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Risk &amp; Loss Prevention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Tag merchandise according to policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Participate in regular stock takes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay alert and report suspicious or fraudulent behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
