The role ensures that accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and recreational facilities are operated to standard, while maintaining health, safety, and operational compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor and support contractors across all camp service areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow up on service delivery issues and escalate unresolved matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of accommodation occupancy data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct regular inspections to uphold hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track service performance and compliance with KPIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with daily planning and coordination of camp operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide logistical support during onboarding and orientation of new camp residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements and Skills:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum 2+ years of experience in camp or hospitality operations, ideally in remote or mining environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong understanding of camp services operations and quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Basic knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, and Community (SHEC) practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Good communication and coordination skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Email your detailed CV and certified copies of qualifications to:<br><strong>Email: <a>kcmrecruitment@mmg.com<\/a><\/strong><br>Use <strong>\u201cAssistant Camp Management Officer Application\u201d<\/strong> as the subject line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
