The successful candidate will work under the supervision of qualified Fitters in a safety-focused and team-oriented environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist in fitting, assembling, and maintaining water pumps and pipelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support inspections and preventative maintenance of water treatment plants and boreholes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Help identify faults and perform basic mechanical repairs under supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised workspaces and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements and Skills:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Trade Test B Certificate in Mechanical Fitting or Certificate in Civil\/Water Engineering or related qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a mechanical support role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience in maintaining water systems is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Basic understanding of water treatment processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Familiarity with borehole operations and pipeline maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and comply with safety protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Email your detailed CV and certified qualifications to:<br><strong>Email: <a>kcmrecruitment@mmg.com<\/a><\/strong><br>Use <strong>\u201cAssistant Fitter Application\u201d<\/strong> as the subject line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
