If you are organised, safety-driven and eager to contribute to a world-class mining operation, this role is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Safety, Health &amp; Environment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Use and maintain PPE according to regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Follow all SHE standards and sign off relevant work instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Attend mandatory safety meetings and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Apply SLAM \/ HIRA \/ Mini-HIRA procedures correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Report safety and health risks immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure work practices do not endanger others and follow all safety precautions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Tools &amp; Equipment Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all tools are <strong>well-maintained, accounted for and in good condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Issue tools and spares according to store procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Inspect tools for damage\/wear and report issues to the supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clean and store tools safely to extend lifespan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Escalate for repair or replacement where needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Stock &amp; Spare Parts Control<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Receive spares from the main store and record them accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain stock levels and SPI requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct stock inspections per schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Issue stock according to KIO policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track tool issuance and returns for audit and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Documentation &amp; SAP Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all records are <strong>accurate, neat and completed on time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Capture documents daily into SAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-File documents according to KIO procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Discuss job card discrepancies with supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete leave forms and attendance registers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
