Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB Botswana is looking for two highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the Student Banking division in Molepolole on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidates will provide frontline support, process customer requests efficiently, and help drive service excellence while supporting operational goals and strategic business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels such as face-to-face, telephonic, and internal\/external communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring service timelines are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understand and manage customer needs and expectations in line with the bank\u2019s service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote cost efficiency while contributing to profitability and revenue recovery initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Remain informed about developments in the banking industry, particularly in Mortgage Lending and Student Banking products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products, procedures, and service timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process customer requests and update systems accurately and timeously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prioritize incoming requests and handle them with urgency while maintaining service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support strategic business goals by executing tasks and projects aligned to key objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure full compliance with governance, audit, and legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Execute operational responsibilities as outlined in service level agreements and documented processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in customer service or banking is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong customer orientation and a passion for service excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Good understanding of banking operations and compliance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
