FNB Botswana is offering an excellent opportunity for 25 dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join its Student Banking team in Gaborone on a six-month fixed-term contract. These positions are ideal for those passionate about delivering outstanding service, resolving client queries, and supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced financial environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Provide top-tier customer service across face-to-face, telephonic, and other communication platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Efficiently process customer requests and resolve queries within established service timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understand customer needs and engage professionally to provide relevant and timely solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Uphold service excellence and promote positive customer experiences across all touchpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay informed about the banking sector, particularly in Mortgage Lending and Student Banking trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Foster strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support strategic goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain expert knowledge of FNB products, pricing, processes, and timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver accurate administrative support, updating all relevant systems and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prioritize and manage incoming service requests to ensure client satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Align daily work and projects with the bank\u2019s strategic business objectives and performance indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all work complies with legal, audit, and governance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fulfill operational tasks in accordance with service level agreements and internal protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience in customer service or banking is advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
