Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Trollope Botswana International is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Graduate Mechanical Engineer Trainee<\/strong> to undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of earthmoving equipment operations. This includes planning, preventative maintenance, repair procedures, safety standards, cost control, and risk management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in training programs focused on Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Commit to learning a wide spectrum of earthmoving equipment functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow structured on-the-job training schedules and attend required meetings and sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain strong professional relationships with team members and other staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Demonstrate high levels of efficiency, attention to detail, and initiative for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in mechanical and electrical schematics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Basic understanding of earthmoving equipment operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience is not required but will be an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of MQWM Act Chapter 44:02.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong attention to detail and time management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to learn under pressure and take constructive criticism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Medically fit and sober habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Class B Driver\u2019s License.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
