Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Trollope Botswana International is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer Trainee<\/strong> to undergo training in construction and infrastructure projects. The role includes gaining experience in project resource allocation, civil design, planning, and cost control while working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Learn how to prepare plans and design calculations for civil infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with project meetings, including technical presentations and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in the analysis and design of civil systems using company-standard software and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with ensuring design compatibility, evaluation, and selection of civil systems and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare documentation for various project phases including site plans, floor plans, diagrams, and related drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-No prior experience required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Basic knowledge of construction, safety, health, and environmental standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understanding of contract and procurement management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to learn under pressure and contribute to team goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Medically fit and must maintain sober habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Class B Driver\u2019s License.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
