Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Trollope Botswana International is offering a training opportunity for a qualified Human Resources Graduate Trainee<\/strong>. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate eager to gain practical experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to develop core HR competencies and apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Coordinate employee benefits and assist in training and development programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support job interviews and applicant tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Facilitate the onboarding of new staff into the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with handling employee relations and workplace concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a healthy communication system and promote accurate reporting practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Carry out other general administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management (BCom HRM) or related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Good verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Courteous, honest, and output-driven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-People-oriented with the ability to build and maintain working relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must be able to learn under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Medically fit and must maintain sober habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Class B Driver\u2019s License.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
