offloading procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure all deliveries are checked and signed for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Prevent loss\/damage and take full accountability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain a professional appearance and follow uniform policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete daily Driver Trip Sheets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with offloading and unpacking where needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Return used boxes to correct bins at the Distribution Centre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Submit all signed Proof of Deliveries (PODs) daily<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Record all discrepancies on the DLS and have them co-signed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide all delivery documentation to the Call Centre Clerk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Liaise with Courier Call Centre Clerk regarding incorrect addresses or delivery issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vehicle Maintenance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct daily and weekly vehicle safety inspections<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Use the fuel card responsibly (only for the allocated vehicle)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Report accidents, incidents, or defects immediately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Adhere to road traffic laws<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Take responsibility for traffic fines incurred<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Responsible for excess fees if negligent in an accident<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow Dis-Chem SOPs, policies, and health &amp;
