schedule team coverage for weekends and public holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct <strong>regular departmental meetings<\/strong> to align on priorities and performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure <strong>timeous responses<\/strong> across Channel Mobile and related platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Allocate and delegate<\/strong> administrative tasks to optimise team productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate <strong>effective communication<\/strong> between operations teams and retailers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate and resolve retailer concerns;
