Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing <strong>administrative support<\/strong> including document collation, correspondence, and meeting summaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing and collating <strong>Regional Guild and Property Committee presentations and packs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing and maintaining the <strong>lease management system and lease repository<\/strong> (head leases and retailer-owned leases)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating <strong>lease maintenance audit communication<\/strong> with retailers and landlords<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing and resolving <strong>lease billing queries<\/strong> in collaboration with the Finance department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extracting and compiling <strong>feasibility studies and market insight comparisons<\/strong> from service providers (e.g. Fernridge)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compiling <strong>reports<\/strong> for Property Services and Real Estate Management to track budgets, targets, and progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing <strong>purchase orders<\/strong> in line with approved procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing <strong>real estate input<\/strong> to Retail Operations and Finance teams as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing <strong>travel arrangements<\/strong> for the Real Estate team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offering general <strong>administrative support<\/strong> to real estate and property services teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp;
