The role supports teams through efficient administration, stock and logistics coordination, and high-quality service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide <strong>administrative support<\/strong> to optimise office and logistics workflows<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain <strong>accurate electronic and hard-copy records<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate meetings, calendars, appointments, and prepare <strong>minutes and reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage filing, documentation, correspondence, and database updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support logistics operations including <strong>stock receiving, issuing, and ERP updates (SAP\/JDE or similar)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver materials and stock to mine sites while ensuring <strong>safe and compliant driving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and maintain <strong>inventory accuracy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compile <strong>daily and weekly logistics and consumption reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate <strong>vehicle servicing<\/strong>, maintain service records, and manage logistics routes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with <strong>safety standards, policies, and legal requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide professional service to internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High attention to detail with a <strong>zero-shortage mindset<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety-driven and responsible approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive problem-solving and customer service orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and site deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grade 12 (Matric)<\/strong> or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Code 10 Driver\u2019s Licence<\/strong> (advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in <strong>mining, warehouse, or logistics operations<\/strong> (advantageous)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy and document management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employment Equity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sasol is an <strong>equal opportunity and affirmative action employer<\/strong>.
