This role involves <strong>manual, semi-skilled construction work<\/strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>concrete placement and finishing<\/strong>, housekeeping, and strict adherence to <strong>SHEQ<\/strong> standards. The position is ideal for physically fit candidates with hands-on construction experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain a <strong>clean and safe worksite<\/strong> at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage <strong>tools, equipment, and housekeeping<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organise, place, and finish concrete<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor <strong>concrete workability and consistency<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform <strong>lifting, carrying, pushing, holding, and moving<\/strong> of materials and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile <strong>HIRA<\/strong> and comply with <strong>SHEQ<\/strong> requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strict commitment to <strong>Safety, Health, Environment &amp;
