This 18-month trainee programme is designed to provide hands-on exposure, mentorship, and industry experience to enhance employability within the Transport and Logistics environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Task Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with departmental projects and operational tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support administrative duties, documentation, and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learning &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attend training sessions and workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shadow experienced professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in problem-solving activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Communication &amp; Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interact with internal teams, customers, and suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide updates on assigned tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a contact point for queries and assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compliance &amp;
