The successful candidates will provide professional cleaning and hygiene services within a public service environment, ensuring offices and facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety. No prior experience is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 10 or ABET Level 2 certificate (or equivalent)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No experience required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge &amp; Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding of Public Service procedures and Batho Pele Principles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbal and non-verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Provision of Cleaning Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean offices and boardrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dust and wax office furniture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sweep, scrub, vacuum and shampoo floors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean walls, glass doors and windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empty and clean dirt bins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove waste papers and refresh office areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kitchen Cleaning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean basins and kitchen areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash and maintain stock of kitchen utensils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange water for meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refill hand wash liquid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sanitation &amp; General Areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refill hand wash soap, toilet paper and paper towels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empty and clean waste bins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sweep corridors, passages and elevators daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scrub and wax floors and stairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean elevator floors, mirrors and walls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep corridors and windows clean<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipment &amp; Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report broken cleaning equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean vacuum cleaners and machines after use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request cleaning materials when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enquiries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. S.
